The first step in this process is to collect Champa seeds from a reliable supplier. Before sowing the seeds, place the seeds in a paper towel and carefully dampen the paper towel until the seeds are properly moist, and place them in a Ziploc bag. It will take approximately 5-6 days for the seeds to germinate depending on the weather

Once the seeds are germinated, plant the seeds in a pot or tray with drainage holes

The potting mix must include Cocopeat, half part sand, and half part compost mix or fertilizer. Make sure to add half a teaspoon of Fungicide powder regardless of whatever potting media you use 

While sowing it is essential to keep the wing part above the soil and maintain a gap of 1-2 inches between each seed. The acceptable depth of the pot is at least 3-4 inches.   • The soil must include two parts Perlite and one part gardening soil.  is also advisable to use Vermiculite to help with germination and roots of cutting plants. Place this mix in a pot with drainage holes and make sure to leave an inch of space from the top. Before planting, dampen the soil and let the water run through the pot up until it drains fully
  • You need to prepare the cutting before planting first. The cutting needs to be dipped into the water and some root growing hormone covers an inch of the cutting. This will help the cutting to grow and stabilize quicker. Lastly, Place the cutting 3 to 4 inches inside the soil.
